We are flying daily from Sedgefield hill which has great views of the sea , lagoon and rivers . Paragliding Trip to Porterville South Africa

Team Dolphin guided a few international pilots in Porterville South Africa for some first time Cross Country flights . We also had some students join us and took some of the very new students on Tandem flights that gave them a real experience of thermal flying and big mountain flying . We had 3 days of really good flying with the a late evening flight that was easy and relaxing . Saturday was a good day and we had some students even fly a little XC . While first XC pilots started with 11, 5km and 20 km flights .Flights of over 80 km were reached on that day by pilots visiting the area .The new pilots essentially got some Cross Country lessons and soon realised it was a little work to do long distance flights and one has to be patient and gain height first before leaving the launch area .

We have been running Basic Paragliding Courses this October and the students have had great conditions with almost 10 consecutive days of flying . Some students are close to finishing the course and really enjoying the experience . We also had some Introduction and Day courses that went very well .
